Location is okay-opposite Westbanhoff station rooms are okay also.

staff not very friendly and helpful. can get better hotel and better location in the same budget.

1. The location is average and slightly in a run down area-big advantage is being opposite the westbanhoff railway station. Staff can be more friendly to make the overall stay more pleasant. Rooms and Toilets are not bad but I feel in a city like Vienna one can get a better hotel in the same budget and in a better location. I would say the hotel is overall average for both the business as well as leisure traveler.
