Triple Perfect!
It might be the best hotel in Vienna. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Staffs are so kind and helpful. And.. I love the breakfast at the roof top!

Great location for touring and shopping in Vienna

We liked this hotel as it was close to the underground and had a great layout for us and our teenager. It was our first trip to Vienna and this was a good place from which to explore the city. The refrigerator in the kitchen was not working optimally so we were limited in what we could store ie drinks were slightly cooler than lukewarm. We asked two times to have it looked at and the setting was changed but nothing happened. We think it needed to be defrosted as the tiny freezer area was iced up and melting steadily with the tepid temp. Hopefully will be fixed for next guest. The front desk was helpful with all of our queries. We did not use the restaurant as the price was a bit high when not included with the room although the view up there is nice. There are many restaurants and a great Mercure grocery store nearby so we were happy to eat out or in our room. The fitness "facility" is tiny but clean. Only two machines and a sauna.
