The good. Friendly reception, large bright and quiet room, good heating and good shower. Working desk was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Location was reasonable with easy access to tram into city and lots of take away shops around. The breakfast was extensive and very good quality.
The bad. The wifi was an absolute nightmare as I had to log in close to 50 times in 24 hours. It was very slow as well.

good location and nice sauna and steam room but very slow and unreliable internet. I booked 3 days but found the wifi was unusable as slower than dialup and kept disconnecting. Needed internet for work so asked to check out and get 2 nights refunded. they refused.

Very good location and service, with some minus

The location and service was very well.
Though in the midst of showering I had the missfortune that suddenly the water stopped running. this shouldn't happen for the price.
Also the tourist fee was charged, even though Agoda says it includes all fees.
Restaurant Tip:
Close by there's a very good traditional Austrian/German restaurant with their own brewery. Walk left after exiting the hotel and walk for 500 meters. Hotel staff will also know the place.

we enjoyed our stay at belvedere hotel. we had two rooms for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. rooms were nicely appointed, beds were firm with nice pillows. complimentary apples were always available at reception. internet speed was adequate to maintain contact with the office.the staff were very helpful, even had some stuff printed from the office. they had a bonus offer of euro 15 for total mini bar consumption which we availed of.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Wok chinese resto near the hotel which serves daily buffet at Euro 7. That's a real bargain

Great hotel but breakfast is a bit highly priced

Basically speaking, the hotel is cozy; however, the room I stayed is a bit more like specially designed for the disables because the bathroom has protection bars. The breakfast is priced higher than I expected, but it does provide nice service and food. For room cleanliness, I have no idea why it never fulfills my body lotion, and the floor is not really well cleaned (hair and parts of tissue are still there...)
