The hotel is well situated just across the road maybe 60m from the entry/exit into the arrival hall of the airport. It was pouring with rain! I found the hotel quite ordinary but on company expenses, I may be getting spoilt. It was a clean, normal type room, nothing executive about it at all. The reason I stayed there was because of its proximity to the airport and I could book on line. Initially my door card did not work and that meant a trip back to reception - remember I was soaking wet! I found the price of 24hrs internet service a rip-off at $22 for 24 hrs. The price of Coke in the mini bar was €3 which is also a rip-off. Cost for a Bacardi and Coke in the bar was €9, another rip-off. I live in Spain where it is still much cheaper than the rest of the civilised EU. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent. Staff were a bit wooden face but what else does one expect in a busy hotel. I'll go there again because it is so convenient and the overall cost of the room was very reasonable at US$169.

We stayed one night at the hotel. While it is very convenient being located at the airport, the additional cover charge of at least 3 Euros per person to eat at the restaurant is unreasonable. The air conditioning in our room didn't work and actually was blowing hot air. We had to turn it off and keep the window open all night. I don't know if I would stay there again.

Recently I stayed at the NH Hotel Vienna Airport. This is about the fifth time staying at this hotel and to date I have not been disappointed. The close proximity to the Vienna Airport cannot be beat by any other hotel in the area. The reception staff is very courteous and helpful, the room was up to date, clean and everything worked to perfection, the room was very quiet so I was able to enjoy a restful sleep before my long trip back to the U.S. The only con to my trip was probably the price in the resturants. Though the price was a little high I was able to enjoy a nice dinner and the morning breakfast is as good as any had around the world. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Vienna and have a flight the next day.

I stayed one night at the Nh hotel in September 2008, and found it to be quite nice. Got a good price via Agoda. Price included breakfast, which was superb. When I got there, I was updated to a business room (instead of standard), which you couldn't complain about! The rooms however, were not as great as the rest of the place. Not bad, but average.

Very nice lobby area, restaurant and pub. Great breakfast. Friendly and helping staff.
