Solo travelers United States of America, April 06, 2012	Great location but room is tired and stuffy Affordable at a good location. 4.3 Cons: Poor house keeping, old carpet, stuffy drapes, tiny room. It is not worth the price charged for a busy week prior to Easter Sunday. As someone here described: "it is a bed and breakfast without the breakfast." Front office people are friendly but hands-off. You're on your own in a very cramp environment. Check other bigger hotels nearby since Vienna is very compact. Anywhere around and inside the ring is very walkable; Shops are restaurants everywhere... Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There are many hotels nearby. Bigger hotels have more rooms and prices might be very competitive as well. You don't need to sacrifice convenience for better facility. Better options are out there.
Masakazu A. Couples Japan, January 24, 2012	立地が良い。主要観光場所に近く、近くにスーパーもあり好立地。部屋は清潔。 8.7 フロントが２４時間ではなく、早朝のチェックアウトが出来なかったため前日夜にするしかなく多少不便な思いをしました。それ以外は特に不満はありません。立地は皆が書いているようによく、部屋も広くはありませんが十分で、清潔でした。ベッドも寝心地良く、シャワーの湯量も申し分ありませんでした。

Solo travelers Japan, July 23, 2011	立地が大変よく、部屋は清潔、ｽﾀｯﾌはﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰでした静かで部屋の雰囲気が自宅に居るように快適でした 8.7 立地→地下鉄OPERA出口から200mほど、ｻﾞｯﾊﾎﾃﾙの目の前、ｽﾀｰﾊﾞｯｸｽと宝石屋さんの間を通り奥の扉右のベルを鳴らしﾌﾞｻﾞｰが鳴っている間に押して中に入る、ｴﾚﾍﾞﾀｰでﾎﾃﾙのﾌﾛｱへそしてﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ。部屋→清潔、ｳｴﾙｶﾑﾌﾙｰﾂ、ｳｴﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸ、ﾈｽｶﾌｪのｴｽﾌﾟﾚｯｿﾏｼﾝ、ｹﾄﾙが常備され快適でした、ﾊﾟﾌﾞﾘｯｸｽﾍﾟｰｽには水もありました。ｻﾞｯﾊﾎﾃﾙのｶﾌｪでｹｰｷをﾃｲｸｱｳﾄして部屋で食べました、列に並ばなくてすむのはありがたかったです。食事→朝食は頼まなかったのでわかりません。宿泊前に到着時間のﾒｰﾙ連絡をいただき場所の確認をしたら地図を添付してくれました。欠点といえばﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞがなかったこと、ｱｰﾘｰﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄをﾒｰﾙでﾘｸｴｽﾄ、ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時にも伝え、前日に支払い確認もしたのに当日担当ｽﾀｯﾌに伝達されておらず予定時間にｽﾀｯﾌの出勤はなくﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの時間が遅れた。 Restaurant Tip: ｼｭﾃﾌｧﾝ寺院の前、ケーキが綺麗にディスプレイされているｶﾌｪでは食事ができｵｰｽﾄﾘｱの名物料理が美味しくいただけました。ﾃｲｸｱｳﾄしたﾏﾝｺﾞｰﾀﾙﾄ、ﾍﾞﾘｰ系ﾀﾙﾄ両方ケーキも美味しかったです。
