Fans of the famed Vienna State Opera needn’t stay anywhere else as the Papageno is just a tune away (700 meters to be exact) from the Opera’s front steps. Guests can reach all of the inner city’s main sights within 15 minutes by foot through an area full of restaurants, and café’s, and small shops. Excellent public transport facilities are nearby for those wishing to conserve some energy for a night at the Opera. The building housing the hotel is traditional and well kept so as to preserve its noble character.
