Great location - near many amazing buildings - literally next door to one of the most beautiful church buildings in the city - food nearby - trolley and train station 2 min walk away.
Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice rooms.
Beautiful hotel building - nicely lit at night. Has a lot of historic intrigue. Service was great accept for 1 thing - I called and asked for more soap and an extra towel (there was only 1 bath towel in our double room), and they never brought it - even though they did bring the extra pillow we asked for. We would definitely stay here again - great location. Only a couple train stops from the main shopping street and from most of the major tourist attractions, museums, etc. Rooms were nicely kept and had everything we needed. If you are looking for elegance, you probably need to spend more money somewhere else or reserve the suite. If you just need a clean, nice, totally adequate place to stay, this is it. Plus you know up front that the breakfast is free (and VERY nice). All the staff were friendly and helpful - of course this has a lot to do with how you treat them as well. Enjoy!

Location is great, chambermaids are good, room was changed after my request very fast. Chocolate every morning! reception service is not enought professional in communications, espesialy about money reservation. Whould be good to have menu in Russia - I think you want to have money from russian turists. absolutely creazy illumination of the hotel - it was long preparation before we went to slep! Good enough please to spend vacation time in Vienn, espesialy if you want jast to slep there.Your reception staff should know Russian - if you want our money: we had a good dinner every evening, but not in the hotel...
Restaurant Tip : Cafe Einstane - very good place in 5 min from the Regina hotel

position - is one of the best, near at the city house, 10 min to stephan plaza restaurant is no so good for me i stay in february, was nice, warm in room, bathroom was ok, breakfast was very good and various. Parking is near the hotel. I stay 2 times in 3 months here, and i think i'll come next time here when i'll be in Wien. Personal at the frontdesk is very kind and explicit with you. I think internet in room (even payed) is better for all.
Shopping Tip : mariahifer strasse is near, stphan plaza is near, exist there a lot of store with various stuffs

Location, room, stuff, all was good Only 1 elevator, too much time to wait in lobby. Absence of wireless for a grand hotel like that (wireless only in lobby and a little expensive). Th location is very good, near to City Hall, 10 min to Stephan Dom Place and Opera, and Albertina.
The stuff was ok. At reception they are very friendly when they talk, they give you a lot of information and they have patience with you, after your trip. Our standard room was good, with a lot of space, and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was rich with a variety of food, fruits and cakes. I was satisfied to stay at Regina Hotel in Vienna.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is near to Stephan Dom Place, Albertina, University, museums, City Hall and also is near to the shopping streets.

I have stayed in more than hundreds of hotels but I never had an experiece of not using room phone. The room phone was broken and I asked them to fix it. But they said they cannot fixed. So, I asked room change. But they said they could not do it. I really want to some money back.

Location, quiet rooms, service breakfast Mattress old carpet in the rooms The location of the Hotel Regina is excellent. You can walk to the pedestrian center in 10 minutes. The metro and tram are within walking distance, so museums and other points of interest the city are within easy reach. For those who do not want to work hard there are taxis outside the hotel.
