ok hotel, a bit worn out at the edges.
staff were lovely. pool was ok. great breakfast.

First night was not good. Airconditioning was failing and noisy.
Second night we moved rooms and much better, however the fridge was not working. This was fixed on the third night. All in all, the best features of this hotel are proximity to the Metro rail system (opposite), breakfast and the pool. And nice staff. But the hotel does need some work to bring it up to date. The TV for instance, is an elderly cathode ray tube type, no flat panel here. There is a great laundromat just a few blocks from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Vienna is a great city. The Schonbrunn Castle is just a couple of metro stops away from the Hotel. Enjoy Vienna. We visited the Central Cemetery to pay tribute to Beethoven (a hero), Schubert and many others. Viva Vienna.

not so modern hotel. it should be better for 5 star. staff is profesional. we had some unplesant situation. when we relax in the room, clining lady try enter into romm (i havenot similar situation before).
metro station is right next to the hotel. that is very important for people without car.

A nice friendly staffed hotel. Decor a bit behind the times but well maintained and clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hop on Hop off bus tours are a great way to see Vienna if you have limited time.
