Great location - worn out rooms

The staff was very friendly at the reception. The hotel is situated less than 50 metres away from the Stephansplatz. The restaurant situated on the 10th floor of the hotel, has a very nice atmosphere and serves good Italian food. The breakfast facilities were very good and despite the amount of customers going through, there were never problems at the buffet.

Great position

A really great position almost on the steps of St Stephen's Cathedral, easy walking distance to most tourist sites, right on the corner of the two principal shopping streets and almost on top of an underground station. Also great value with the Agoda price. Two excellent restaurants on site-worth visiting just to see the wine decanting ceremony which was very impressive. Reception helpful and sells the Vienna Card which gives free travel on city transport and a discount on entry tickets. Probably only worth buying for the transport-make sure you visit Schonbrun,Belvedere, Prater, etc during the 3 days validity. Rooms are big and bathrooms BIG. Some bathroom fittings could do with an update. Very noisy air con exhaust in my bathroom and some hints of smells so I kept the bathroom door closed. Wifi only available in some areas and on payment.

First visit to Vienna

If you enjoy character, you must stay at this hotel, regardless of your budget options! I was instantly charmed by the entry, room layout and architectural detail of the accommodation, all suggestive of yesteryear, and all in well-maintained state. The location of this hotel cannot be beat: right next to Stephansplatz, with instant access to the area's best attractions, shopping and restaurants. In contrast to the hotel's more traditional character, its rooftop restaurant "Settimo Cielo" (Seventh Heaven) is a relaxing, modern, renovated space, with a lovely view, and offers tantalizing Italian dishes. I would definitely return to this hotel, if only for the nostalgic experience!
Restaurant Tip:
When staying near Stephansplatz, do try the multi-level DO & CO restaurant nearby. Yes, it's self-consciously trendy, and possibly too smoky for some, but still serves delicious food into the wee hours!

Hotel mitten im Zentrum
Direkt Zugang zu den verkehrsfreien Einkaufsstrassen im Zentrum

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels stimmen bestimmt.
In wenigen Minuten können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum von Wien per Fuss erreicht werden. Hotel hat direkten Zugang zu den verkehrsfreien Einkaufsstrassen im Zentrum Wiens.
Grosses Buffet zum Frühstück, aber es hatte leider keine
Croissants mehr oder es gab keine. Die Recepiton ist sehr freundlich und ohne zu fragen gab es einen Stadtplan.

場所→シュテファンプランツ駅から上がって２分未満ですぐにわかります。部屋→広さがありました。入浴して出たら部屋のドアが開いていた！！入浴中に他の宿泊者が殺虫剤を使用し火災報知機が反応しノックして応答のなかった部屋は空けて確認したそうだが入浴中の私には火災報知機の音は聞こえず、開けたドアも閉めてくれず（子供が開けた？）、ドアが開いているのを発見した時の驚き、ドアを閉めたら後長い時間ドアをノックされ恐怖を感じました（廊下を確認するドア穴もないし、夕食時から男性に見られ付きまとわれた後だったし）。電話のレセプションボタンを押しても応答なし、フロントで確認すると火災報知機事件、同フロアーに子供連れの家族が４組宿泊しドアを開放していたため子供のいたずらと判明。本当に鍵をかけたのか何度も聞かれ鍵をかけにくく指の皮をむいたほど確認したと返事をしたら部屋の確認に来てくれた。電話番号は変更されていたチェックイン時説明はなかった。セキュリティーは大丈夫？朝食→テーブルが少なく帰る人が多かった、相席をお願いして食べれたのはラッキーみたいです。スタッフ→チェックアウト前に外出し部屋に戻ると荷物は床に置かれ部屋は清掃済み、早く出ていけといわれているようなものでした。昨年もウィーンに滞在しましたが満室で取れずこのホテルにしましたが次の宿泊はありません。

オーストリアの中心にあり、東西南北主要駅に行くのも地下鉄で5駅程度、便利な場所にあります。部屋は私の泊まった所はこじんまりしてましたが、清潔感がありました。併設のレストランは美味しかったです。
Restaurant Tip:
ホテルの隣のレストランは美味しいですが、近くに日本料理屋、中華料理屋もあり選択し豊富です。
