Very mediocre, gloomy atmosphere
in the city center, easy access, next to city theater

Wels is very small town, and walking to trade fair center is close enough from every point of center area. Any hotel can be reasonable alright for business people. This hotel did not have WIFI access for internet, room was not practical for the given rate. There are are better hotels for the same rate. I would choose the other hotels if there was any availability.
