все понравилось, отличные завтраки и обслуживание, кроме:
при въезде в 16.00 комната оказалась не готова, пришли через несколько часов - та же ситуация, поселили в другой номер с видом в матовую стеклянную стену, т.е. видно было только кусочек неба, хотя заказывали Делюкс с идом на канал, переплатив за это. На след. день - опять не дали номер, предложив бесплатные завтраки на наши 3 дня пребывания нам. Устали бороться чтобы не портить отдых - согласились. Отель тупо накалывает на номерах. За что 200 евро мы платили...
