Great medieval atmosphere that matches with the mood of age-old Bruges. Friendly personnel. Nice walled garden, too.
Room a little cramped. Almost no power outlets available. Although we had confirmed beforehand that we would be able to use wireless internet in the room, we couldn't use it at any moment during our two nights stay.

The attic room was a little cramped. I don't think anyone of the four of us has not bumped his head against the beams of the ceiling. Also a bit annoying was that there were almost no power outlets available. With a distribution plug this could easily be solved.
The biggest inconvenience, however, was that although we had confirmed beforehand that we would be able to use wireless internet in the room, we couldn't use it at any moment during our two nights stay.
Overall, I think this hotel was still good value for money though.
