Great room at the back of the hotel

I had booked a single room but it seemed like more of a double room. All the staff are very friendly here. There is no need for public transport staying here as it's only 10 minutes to walk to Grand Place and about 20 minutes walk to the Eurostar terminal. I will stay here again.

My regular hotel in Brussels

I've stayed many times here and it will always be the hotel I stay at when I visit Brussels. I had a room at the front if the hotel and everything was great. Some of the rooms at the back are very warm with small windows but the front ones are great. Check in and check out are both easy. Some reviews mention concerns about the area as it in the middle of the Arabic community. Of course you're more likely to be robbed in an Arabic area that is true in any city but don't let that stop you from booking the hotel - it's a bargain.

okay,first thing is you cant expect many things from a very affordable room
had it for under Euro during Summer and located not so far from every major attraction in Brussels is actually pretty good deal
the problem is for me the hotel feels creepy
with a lot of reviews told that the hotel situated not in good neighbourhood i decided not to go out after 9 pm
the hotel feels creepy as well because of the lift.
it tends to give quite a bump everytime we reach our floor or Ground Floor
i got the 5th floor and the room reminded me to Harry Potter's little room
Internet works properly surprisingly.i was able to send email and browse the city'sightseeing
i stayed for 2 nights and impressed how they clean up my room during the second day perfectly.they even put few coins of mine that dropped on the floor.
overall it was a good value of money
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Hotel is just a walking distance with major tourist spots such as Grand Place or Manneken Piss

Great hotel and conveniently located

this hotel is located very conveniently in the main tourist area. walkable distance to the main tourist attraction in the city. it is also close to the train station, that make travel from the train station easy
service is acceptable and room is small but comfortable enough. considering the price point, it is quite a value for money hotel.

This is a no-frills hotel which gives good value-for-money considering the room rates being charged. What you get is a simple bed, table & chair, cupboard and shower. No air-conditioning though, but that was fine during May. Located in what appears to be Brussel's middle eastern quarter and within a 15min walk from the train station.

There are many Middle Eastern, Asian eating places around. Halal food not a problem.

Nice Hotel
Near to central station (10mins walk), Metro & Street Market on Sunday

the room was nice & different, room's quite small and narrow. the first country with english channel on tv while on our trip to europe. foods are nearby (thai & westen) but the street can look quite scary at night as lots of people stares at you one kind (all middle easterns), kinda lot's of illegal activities goes on..
overall i wold say the room was okay and the staffs were very helpful on directions, didn't try the breakfast so don't really knows how is it, free internet on the only desktop at the lobby but will be hogged by people for hours and worst part is the area.. very scary!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get a map from the reception and info's on how to get there unless if yo know their language. Also try avoiding Dec - Mid March as one of their great attraction Mini-Europe is closed at these time.

Convenient Hostel
not far from the center, had a lift, clean.

the staff could have been nicer, as when i faced problems with the tv, they just told me they didn't know what to do, and didn't really try to do anything for me. only when i checked-out, one person who i supposed was the manager looked more concerned about the situation, but it was a bit late...
the room was really clean, and not too bad, even if it could use some fresh paint!
