Beautiful, cosy room. Impeccable service. Great location.
Way too little amenities. Exuberantly expensive internet rates.
The location of this hotel is exceptionally good: 5 minutes on foot from the Grand Place, Ilot Sacre, etc.
The room interior is tasteful, though it is not very spacious.
The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice and everything I ate tasted good.
Upon our arrival, they wouldn't have brought our ample and heavy luggage to our room if we hadn't asked for it.
Wired internet on the room was ridiculously expensive. This should be offered for free.
The biggest minus, however, was that there were almost no amenities: no tooth brush or shaving equipment is still permissable, but I think at least hair conditioner should be available in a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel in the heart of the city center. Parking under the hotel.
Parking and breakfast are relative expensive.
We have slept well, great beds, clean rooms, great hotel, friendly people. A little small for a city hotel bathroom but I do understand. In the hotel restaurant, I was not, I rarely go to a city trip in a hotel food. As you walk to the hotel from the Grand Place, this is around the corner. We will certainly go again. You have to bring your confirmation otherwise they calculate the breakfast. Parking under the hotel is easy but expensive (38, - euro / 24 hours). But in a city park is always expensive and difficult.
