Business services are comprehensive as per Crowne Plaza's usual commitment to executive needs and families are not forgotten either, with children under 18 staying free in their parent's room and cheap meals available for under 12s. A free shuttle service operates between both the airport and the local train station making things just that bit easier.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, a little pricey if you end up paying full rack rate, but generally you can beat that on this site

The shuttle from the airport - needs to run ON time and more frequently.
Having taken 30 minutes from arriving at the shuttle bus stop to arriving at reception I was a bit dismayed to see two members of staff, one engaged in a long call - checking in several people who were coming in on the shuttle from the airport. Room service menu is pricey

On this occassion the rate was under 100 euros and was thus good value, but the hotel does charge more usually. It's more than an aiport hotel and has plenty of local corporate guests for the offices close by. So you can expect more than your average airport hotel with transient passengers. Shuttle to hotel was running about every 45 minutes when I arrived, which left me waiting a long time.
Restaurant Tip : Dining in Zaventem is a fairly short walk away so you are not restricted to the hotel's restaurant.
