Couples Netherlands, October 23, 2012	Nice hotel and room but not very personal nice, clean, close to station 6.3 Hotel is nice, un-personal and a lot of different staff behind the counter addistional cost for parking € an tax 7,50 p/d Rooms are good size , good bed, leaking shower (so shortage of towels to clean up Check your credit debt. Room was already payed for and they charged it to my personal creditcard. They did correct it on the spot. So be allert.
Chun H. Groups Hong Kong, April 08, 2012	Comfortable Stay but with Terrible Staff Room, Price, Location, Food 8.3 10 min walk from Bruxelles Noord Station. Cheap Price for its room and food quality. However, terrible customer service and the staff insists on charging you city tax (it was guaranteed on Agoda no tax to be paid at checkin/out). They requires me to send so many emails everyday to prove I have paid the tax already. The staff has no intention to solve the issue/find out the truth but pushes you to pay immediately. Some back office managers even send an email to the front-desk staff to ask them to push through and collect the money. Eventually I didn't pay the tax and that was the worst customer experience I had with hotels ever. If you ever book this hotel via Agoda, insist not paying the tax they would push for!

However, its in a deserted location. Its only ten mins away from the train station, Brussels Nord. But there is absolutely nothing along the way and at nite its dark and lonely!!
