Great location. 10 mins to Midi train station
standard room.relatively large and clean toilet.

Pro: Good location, within walking distance(20mins)to the "Grand Place".It is located vertically across the Midi train station.Easy to be spotted in the day
Con: Did not put clear hotel sign board. Only a pasted written "Hotel Midi" sign on glass door.Might be due to just change hotel name from Hotel

The room and facilities were unbearable. We could not stay there and consequently lost our money. The room was dimly lit, had nothing in it except a bed and a small desk. The toilet/bathroom area was dirty. The location was in a slum area of Brussels. It was hard to locate and there was no signage except an A4 sheet stuck on a window to indicate that it was the Hotel Midi

good location with good service

location is excellent for people who want to be close to the city center and also 10 min walk to the train for the airport. it is in a lively area with ethnic entertainment. however, it is good only for those who are too tired to mind the noise till late in night. the service is good and the staff nice and helpful. there is no elevator. i find the hotel a very good value for money.

Clean room ,good staff, not easy to find though
Walking distance from Gare du Midi,but neighborhood where it is located seems not safe during the night. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The staff are accommodating. However, when we first arrived , we could not locate it immediately since it had no signage. The hotelwas being rennovated when we were there so we expect thatbit will have this improvement soon.

Our stay in the hotel was comfortable. We were able to go around Brussels through the metro which was just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We were warned to be careful of pickpockets by a friendly lady in the metro station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We were able to see the sights in Brussels through the hop on hop off sightseeing bus. We had great shopping since the shops offered 50% discounts.

Has a great location and the room is very clean. Just 5 mins walk to the Train station but that is also the main problem as it can get pretty rowdy at night with some shady characters around the hotel.

right near the midi train station - a definite plus for train travelers. immediate neighborhood around the hotel was sketchy - not an area i would choose to be in late at night. it is a healthy hike to the city center and the main attractions or the tram and/or train are easily accessed. hotel itself is slightly difficult to find as a sign was not up at the time of our stay. rooms were relatively clean - good size. staff was super nice and helpful!

Good Logistical Base for your stay in Brussels

I am a pensioned doctor who had some days to spend in Brussels - I enjoyed the location of this hotel. The price was reasonable and its location was great - close to Midi and also close to Metro and Bike posts. Recommend to those who travel by train.
