clean room, clean bath room... 5 min walk from central station not midi station (around 45 min walk from midi)
free internet connection in room but veryyyyyyyy slow, better u use ur phone internet.
very small pillow in the room, but u can request to get a better one.

Extra nice hotel and overall superb experience! Few days later I stayed with a friend in the NH MUSEUM QUATERS in Amsterdam. Amsterdam hotel had awful breakfast service and very few buffet selections when compared to NH Grand Place Arenberg Hotel in Brussels, and yet cost was more than double.

Was a flying (one night) visit for a business trip. Due to the location of the hotel I was able to fit in a visit to the Grand Place & Galeries Royales St. Hubert. Comfortable hotel that was fit for the purpose of my visit. Only downside was the internet, which worked fine on my phone but couldn't get it to work on my laptop.

it's not as nice as you see on the website

everything (location, room condition) is not as nice as what you see on the website. The hotel is located in the center, but there are other hotels in the area that is much more conveniently located. So as the room condition, the actual room is much older than what you see on the website.

A nice centralized hotel in the Centre of Brussels

This hotel lays in about 5 minutes of the Central station. Great location for Grand Place, Galerie, Dom, restaurants, shops and bars. Well decorated room with minibar, hairdryer, tv and internet. The personel at the reception is a bit too business minded (not all staffmembers too be honest). Good breakfast buffet. Conclusion: Good hotel to stay for a couple of days.
