very good receptionist, printed off emails, helpful...rooms large clean and comfortable and nice extras Breakfast very ordinary, and food not hot I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, good staff, good rooms, good facilities, car park, and perfect with wi fi in rooms.
The bathroom is excellent with a good shower, very good beds and pillows, mini bar and snack food are great.
Nice if had a window, so a slight minus, but air con is good and shower and bath powerful and hot.
Very good hotel at a good price. I would go again.

Clean, good standard. Good business location, near to the airport and Exhibition Center. Very helpful staff. Nothing beyond the exhibition center was in the vicinity. In the evening, everywhere I needed to go, I had to hire a taxi. Good enough for one night, or longer business stay. Near airport, important for independent travelers, because most taxi-drivers tries to cheat you. From the airport to the hotel do not pay more than 10 Lewa. I paid 48 for the airport hotel transfer, but only 7,60 hotel to the airport (after 5 days of taxi experience). Good location for exhibition guest. The Inter Expo Center sits next to the hotel (50 meters distance). Almost a new hotel, clean, and in a good standard. Very good, young staff which tries really to be helpful. Superb sales and marketing department, which organized for me, difficult to conquest, tickets on Sofia Dance Week.

This hotel struck a very good balance between the price and quality. Although not as expensive as a 5 star hotel, it offered modern and spacious rooms with Western European standards. The services were also the kind you would expect from an interneational hotel chain.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It was worth checking out at Mount Vytosha which was only a short drive from the hotel.
