The hotel features 4 stars is far from being the case against the European standarts. The lobby welcomes us with a stained carpet, mobile obsolete. I've been twice since it remains the least expensive hotels downtown Sofia. The first time I booked a standard room through Agoda. I installed the 13 floor, little old lady with some TV channels only in the disorder and very poor image quality, small refrigerator mini-bar in an appalling state, the shower curtain dirty and not really the hot water. I took a room for the weekend after that I booked at reception. I was warned that it would be worse the first four because half of the rooms are renovated and the other not. Then to my surprise the second time in 20 floor, supposedly a non-renovated room, had a much more welcoming appearance and especially hot water.

Hotel acceptable in terms of money. Relatively good, about 15-20 minutes from downtown. The rooms are spacious, but needed to upgrade their facilities and accessories (TV, etc). The breakfast is acceptable but could be improved. The staff is correct. Stupendous views from the rooftop bar piano, on the 20th floor.

It is a hotel under the stars. It is centrally located you can walk to the center. Well connected by tram. Taxis at the door. At reception we were treated very kindly young ladies.
There was no downside in the two days I spent.
The reserve was fast by internetet. Upon our arrival was quite right. The spacious. The views of the city from the 14th floor stunning. Do not let go up to the 21st floor terrace has a nice cafeteria and a pub. I go to get to the door and give you all sorts of explanations but do not take anything.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The national museum, although it away is worth seeing, its treasures are impressive. Do not let see it, take a taxi.
