Family oriented apart at a quiet location

To our surprise the road from the main street to the premise was not asphalted, and we struggled to walk with our luggage. The studios were cheap but very unlikeable, so we upgraded to an apartment for almost twice the price. Many of the apartments have been sold, and equipment may vary depending on the owner. Ours had extra TV and washing machine, so we were asked to pay more than what is advertised on the internet. Keep in mind that this is an apart complex: there is no room servise, there aren't even phones in the rooms! To get fresh towels you have to pay few more leva. The pool is clean, albeit somewhat small, we used it in the afternoons while we went to the sea in the mornings. You can walk to the beach but we took the bus and went to another part where it was nicer. We did some cooking as well - there are basic utensils to meet the need. We discovered that the ZORA shop down the road is a total rip off. Later in the vacation we shopped from MLADOST, 10 mins walk from the Sunny Beach bus station.
About personnel - not exactly friendly. The ladies at the front desk will need to consult (the boss-man) most of the time, especially if it involves money. And this is annoying, you wait and then you hear excuses and reasonings why it's not possible, or why you have to pay more... Very unprofessional.
Overall, if you come in group of 4+ people, don't mind the above and do cook, you can have a cheap vacation in a quiet and scenic location. For us it was expensive, for the Euros we paid per night we could have stayed in a hotel and that would include meals.
Travel tip:
Take the city bus and ask for Cacao Beach - it has nicer sea (no seaweed) and there are no paid parasols to block your view. Buy your own parasol for 10 leva (a days rent is 7). Shop in MLADOST 10 mins walk from Sunny Beach bus station, ZORA is a rip off.

что сказать, можно начать просто, все плохо. начнем с того, что что кроме фото внешних видов, больше сходства мало, по описанию, детской площадки нет, боссейн холодный, в номер отсутсвует половина заявленного (фен, dvd плеер, стиральная машина, кондиционер есть не в каждой комнате, северная сторона кондиционеры есть только в проданных аппартаментах) на вопрос почему, ответ это ошибки в описании booking.com почему не исправите, ответ это сложно. почему течет душевая кабинка, ответ они текут во всем солнечном берегу. уборка не качественная, перед отъездом выяснилось что она платная, и стоит достаточно дорого, с нас взяли 10 левов за каждую уборку, хотя через раз после уборки приходилось мыть пол самим. боссейн очень холодный, даже для спортивного бассейна. к отель плохой подъезд, грунтовая дорога, коляска придет в негодность за месяц. комплекс новый, имеет связанные с этим не доделки.
