Good location, great views.
noisy discotheque till about 2 AM, run by the same hotel!!!
Except for weekends, when the discotheque runs full blast - and wow it+s noisy and so impossible to sleep, this is excellent quality for the price. The views from the rooms are on to the sea, and the hotel is in the heart of town, just off the center. It is, of course, 2 stars- but it really was 3 star except for the fact that it had no žTV. But unless you understand Coratian, TV in these areas is of little use - even satellite is largely from Germany, with few English language programs.

its position to harbor & everything around was very good,
very basic, not even a fan in room, beds are poor & breakfast inc was very average also
Although the hotel is in gr8 position and staff were quite friendly & helpful this is a very basic hotel and I would consider finding another hotel & only use as a last resort

Great location, right on the harbour.
Dated interior.
No airconditioning.
As far as affordable hotel accomodation in Hvar goes Delfin serves its purpose. Buffet breakfast is included and it is close to the water and the old town.
The main gripe was the absence of airconditioning through out the building. We visted in July and the heat in the room was extremeley uncomfortable. The positioning of the building meant the breeze did not make it through the window and no portable fans were provided.
Overall, it was a clean basic hotel and the staff were polite and helpful.
