Standard Hotel Close to Train Station

The hotel is easy to find and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff is friendly and offered help when needed. The room itself is pretty standard and pretty spacious. However, the bed is a bit small and soft which make it easy to fall off the bed. The wifi signal is pretty unstable as well.

The hotel standard of service is in decline, however it is still a very nice hotel, clean, decent staff, and for the price you couldn't ask for much more. They are obviously trying to save money all over, a sign of the times i guess, but breakfast is not what it used to be, and now they don't even have one english speaking tv channel, so no English language news.

the location is very closed to the train station which is very convenient for those who need take train to travel.
and there is also a big supermarket on the opposite side. room is clean and size is ok and the wi-fi connection was good too.

Great Location but the room is small

10 mins walk from Internation Bus station and 5 mins walk from Train station, so, this hotel is definitely best choice if you arrived or left Zagreb by bus or train
The room is small but comfortable, clean.
The Hotel restaurant is full of fun and the receptionist is very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You could take no 2 and no 6 to city center, around 5 mins.
And it is cheaper if you buy the tram tickets in the newspaper store instead of on the tram.

As I commented before, the hotel is close to train station and only 1 or 2 tram stops away from the bus terminus (walkable distance) at which you can get bus from/to airport and many other place (e.g. Plitvicka Split).
The underground shopping centre (IMPORTANE, if I remember the name correctly) nearby train station provides exchange booth, supermarkets, food stalls.
I have stayed here before and combe back again after trip to Plitvicka. However, the room offered to us this time is rather not well decorated and only with CRT TV provided. The impression is not as good as before.
Shopping Tip:
The currency exchange rate at booth is good enough. POSTA offers exchange service but with commission. So let go to the booth directly.

A hotel with good location
close to train station and within walking distance with bus terminus, plus near to an underground shopping centre

The hotel is fairly new. The room I stayed was provided with LCD TV. There are pub and restaurant on the hotel. Currency exchange service is available and the rate is acceptable. The staff is nice.
The hotel is close to train stations and 1 or 2 tram stops away from the bus terminus (walkable distance) at which you can get bus from/to airport and manyother place (e.g. Plitvicka).
It is near to an underground shopping centre from which you cam find exchange booth, supermarkets, food stalls. Even more, another shopping center is just immediate the hotel and you can fond restaurants there.
The only disadvantage to me is that the pillow is not comfortable enough.
I haven't dined in hotel before and have not much to comment.

Great hotel & service
Spacious room, reception and cleaning staff polite & helpful , Radaccio restaurant - nice food, great location when arriving via train!

Stayed here 2 nights. Hotel is perfect - what you expect from 4-star service. Location is great if you need to be near the train station. Bit of a hike to the square/touristy areas though (around 20 mins), or you could catch the tram (number 6, for 5 mins) just outside the hotel. Personally, I would have preferred to be closer to the touristy-action of Upper & Lower Town. But the hotel itself will not disappoint!
