great location with good outdoor patios

the management is helpful; but some of the staff is not trained to be. though we arrived after check-in time, the room was not ready. breakfast as well was stipulated as starting half an hour before it was actually served. when staff was questioned, they gave a vague reply such as maybe it will be ready in half an hour or so. when people enter the breakfast room, only toasted bread is an option but the only toaster is slow and doesn't serve the hotel well when it runs to its full capacity.
