Great price with good location

This place is good if you're on a budget and looking for a hostel with a good location. It's very near the city centre. There is a fridge in the room and a kitchen at the basement. There were some tourist brochures in the drawers and maps. However, there were too many people staying on one floor and some seem to be staying there long term. You can hear a lot of door slamming in the morning, at night when people are going in and out and to the bathrooms. The bathrooms are fairly clean, until someone wears muddy shoes in. Would be good to have more bathrooms and wifi.
Restaurant Tip:
The China Restaurant opposite the town hall was pretty good and not too expensive.
