Great location to metro. Trams, buses close by. Easy walking distance to town and castle.
Nice old hotel in historic location.
Free internet. Bed was not comfortable and had been repaired, it made noises every time we moved.
Could smell cigarette smoke as it was not well ventilated.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a couple of cons but the positives made up for them. It was a very old building and some of the rooms could actually see the castle on the hill. We were able to walk everywhere, close to Charles Bridge and many, many beautiful and reasonable priced restaurants too.
The hotel offered breakfast downstairs in a dungeon type room. The food was fresh and adequate. Plenty to choose from. We loved this dark room, a little medieval.
I'd recommend this hotel, but be sure to ask for a room with a view.
Restaurant Tip : Wander towards Charles Bridge and wind your way up to the castle. On the way there are heaps of nice little restaurants. Even non-smoking ones!
