I had a great time staying in this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights here. The hotel is located close to Chalres' Bridge only 10 minutes walk and close to Bus tour meeting point only 10 minutes too.

The quality of this hotel is unexpectedly good, I would recommend it.
LOCATION: The location is fine, it's quite near public transport, e.g. Metro & tram stations. It'd be better if the hotel indicates the right exit of Metro for it on the booking confirmation though: actually it's quite near the Metro station if you can find the right exit but if you have gone for the wrong exit, just like we did, you'll have to walk a long way to the hotel.
RECEPTION & STAFF: The receptionists speak fair English, compared to the other people in Czech like waiters & waitresses, etc.. They are friendly, nice and helpful. They'd ring us to ask if we wanted them to make up our room and when we would want them to do so. The other members of staff greeted us with smile every time they saw us. We feel we're valuable guests.
HOTEL CONDITIONS: The hotel looks just like what it is presented in the pictures. Basically the whole hotel is in good conditions, both the inside and the outside look good, and there are lifts available. We lived on the 4th floor & we appreciated it a lot cos we didn't have to walk up and down the stairs every day.
ROOM CONDITIONS: We're very satisfied with our room & bathroom . Bathtub and hair drier are available. It's big and clean. There are heating both in our room and the bathroom. The "double" bed, though, is what we're most dissatisfied with: it's made up of 2 single beds.
BREAKFAST: It's a buffet breakfast and there are a wide range of choices of food and drinks. The taste is fine.
WIFI: There's free WiFi both in the public area and our room and it's really fast, so we're very satisfied with it.

Highly recommended. It's quiet at night and beautiful in daytime. The surroundings are even better than the famous tourism spots for us to experience Prague.
