Второй раз в этом отеле

Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Впервые были здесь в 2008 году.
Номера чистые, хорошо убирают.
Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный.
Сантехника новая, белье и полотенца также.
Кондиционер работает исправно.
Рядом в отелем автобусная остановка, до станции метро Florenc три автобусных остановки, до станции Flora - четыре.
В отеле есть подземный паркинг для автомобилей гостей, очень удобно.
По сравнению с прошлым разом заметно ухудшилось питание.
К минусам также можно отнести слишком хорошую слышимость. Когда отель заполнен не полностью, администрация старается селить туристов не в соседних номерах. Когда отель полон (на выходных) слишком шумно, соседи мешают спать.
На улице, на которой стоит отель, много небольших пивных и ресторанов. На станции метро Flora расположен крупный торговый центр.

Hotel frumos, dar personalul lasa de dorit

Hotelul dupa parerea mea nu s-ar incadra la 4 stele, iar cu siguranta nu isi merita banii. Micul dejun a fost foarte slabut, mancare de proasta calitate si fara varietate. Camerele nu sunt dotate cu minibar, asa ca a trebuit sa tinem racoritoarele pe care le-am cumparat sa le avem in camera pe geam, pentru a se mentine reci.
Lenjeria si prosoapele nu sunt schimbate in fiecare zi, doar impaturate de catre personalul de serviciu.
Cel mai prost ne-a picat impolitetea si aerul superior al unuia dintre receptioneri, care cu siguranta nu este facut pentru aceasta meserie( am incuiat din greseala ambele cartele in camera fiecare crezand ca a luat-o celalalt, iar cand am mers sa cerem o a 3-a cartela pentru a putea intra in camera acesta ne-a intrebat foarte atins : "cum este asta problema mea". In plus de asta nu schiteaza niciun zambet de parca ii forteaza cineva sa faca munca.
Pozitia hotelului in schimb este foarte buna, se poate ajunge pe jos, cu autobuzul sau metroul foarte usor in centru, iar in imprejurimi sunt o multime de supermarket-uri si restaurante cu preturi accesibile.
