Great Hotel in the centre

It was a nice hotel in the city centre, there was some constructions blocking the nearby streets, it was not easy to reach them. The room was OK and the breakfast was delicious.
No notice in prior that parking is not included in the plan and costs 25 EUR/day, however good parkin opportunity.

the hotel itself is good.but i am very disappoint to the staff performance.
i feel the service they offer is like eating all my money.
while i am check-in, they ask me to write down my credit card details. but i already pay the room fee, so they told me that becaseu there is a mini bar in the room. it is a a 4-stars hotel, they should trust their customers at least.
there is no hair dryer or water pot in this 4-stars hotel. i went to reception to ask for , they want me to leave my deposit! i cannot believe it is a 4-stars hotel.
i was going to ask the public transpotrt to airport. they push me to get a taxi instead of any public transport. finally i let them order one for me. i waited for 30 mins, ad it is not a taxi, it is thire hotel transport car.
be careful with this hotel! and also there are few other unhappy experiences while i live there.

Great location good hotel for the price

The only con I can honestly say about my stay here was that the rooms were on the smaller side. Though, this wasn't an issue for me since I planned on going out and seeing as much as Prague as I could during my stay there. Which brings about the reason why I chose this hotel and was not disappointed. The location was absolutely perfect for going out and seeing all the sights (everything is within reasonable walking distances) along with having plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for relaxing in the evenings. It was very clean and tidy and the hotel staff was extremely helpful when asking for things to do close by in the evenings. The breakfast was nothing special, but there were plenty of bakeries or cafes right next door if you want more than the basics. Overall I would say I was quite pleased with my stay here and would recommend it to anyone going to see and take in as much of the city as possible.

small room with a sloping roof, but with nice traditional furniture in dark wood, a tv, modern bathroom and mini-bar.

The hotel is really easy to find and the most surprising is how close it is to everything. Charles bridge is 15min walk, old town is only 10.
The room itself was not so big, but for two travellers who only wanted to sleep and have a bath it was pretty good. The room was clean, neat and comfortable.
BTW the hotel is a Michelin recommended so you couldn't make any mistake with this.
The breakfast was the best amongst what I had before, really fresh.
If you go by car beware of the 25€/day parking fee at the hotel. The best way is parking P+R.
