Good point:
Rooms is clean and breakfast were many choices. The location is convenient to many signseeing points.
Things we were not satisfied:
1. No air-condition for our 3 nights stays under 32 degree. They don't know when the machine can be fixed. Don't suggest to stay there in this summer.
2. Staff were really unfriendly and helpful. Not very patience to answer our enquiries and no detail guiding about the city.
3.The room was noisy because it face the tram road.we can't open the window to sleep even we don't have condition in our room.
4. The design of the curton was really not good because it can't completely cover the light. So we have to sleep with light from outside road.
5. The light inside the room is really not enough. It is dark on the desk .
6. They dont provide any box tissue in the room.
They claim they are 5 start hotel, but it is not. I comment that it is a 3 to 4 start hotel. If you expect it is 5 start hotel standard, I believe you will feel very disappointed. I don't recommend this hotel.

the location is perfect 5 mins walk to the main attraction.the hotel room is really big space ,very clean and nice decoration.anyway the view from my room is not really good as it just the other bld view.hotel staff is really helpful and friendly.i like that they provide wifi to all the room and 1 computer available at the lobby too.anyway the decoration very simple for 5 stars hotel a bit disappointed when arrived the hotel lobby looked old and too simple,room is ok and the restroom is huge.
