サービスにむらのある期待外れのホテル、水回りに問題あり

サイトのレビューでポイントの高いホテルだったため、予約したが、正直期待外れ。到着時と出発時は比較的感じの良い対応だったが、到着後すぐに夜のウォーキングツアーに出かけなくてはならず、戻って来た時にフロントにいた二人のスタッフは、非常にそっけなかった。一人、先刻到着時に暖かく迎えてくれた女性スタッフだったが、その時は、二人で引継ぎ中だったのか、私達の挨拶にただ機械的に挨拶を返すのみで、私たちがツアーの後半の大雨で濡れた傘の置き場に困っていようが知らん顔、衣服や足元も濡れていたがタオルひとつ差し出すこともなかった。また、到着時、ウエルカムドリンクをいただく時間的余裕がなかったため、部屋に冷えた白ワインを用意しておくと、向こうから約束したくせに、その約束も守られなかった。翌早朝、シャワーを浴びようとしたが、全くお湯が出ず、フロントに電話をしたら、昨夜フロントにいた無愛想な男性スタッフが一応部屋に来てくれ、長く流し続ければその内出るとの事で、確かにだんだん温かくはなってきたので、出てもらったが、その内また冷たくなったり、不安定で、他のホテルでは出ていた本当に熱いお湯は最後まで出なかった。また、途中でお湯を溜めることができなくなった。また先刻のスタッフは、部屋に来た時、こんなに早い時間にシャワーを浴びる客はいない、と大変失礼な言い草だった。朝食に行く際にフロントを通った時にも、三人いた内の男性スタッフはにこやかに挨拶したが、パソコンの前に座っていた女性スタッフ(昨夜とは別の人)はパソコンの画面を見たまま、顔を上げることもせず、出発までに何度か見かけたが、一度も挨拶ひとつしなかった。全従業員に教育が行き渡っておらず、むらのあるサービスは一流とは言えない。ミネラルウォーターやお菓子のサービスもあり、気持ちの良い部屋ではあったが、お勧めできるホテルではない。

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: チェコの名所や専用車手配などのキーワードを入れると、ほとんど必ず出てくる日本人専門の現地旅行会社の"あのね"という会社には気を付けて下さい。私は知り合いに紹介されたのですが、とても汚い会社です。知り合いは足の悪いお母様同行の旅行で、かなり利用されたようなので、親切だったとの事でしたが、私たちは、結局半日しか利用しなかったせいか、日本にいる内にきちんと日程を確認し、日本への出発日の午前中のプライベートツアーだったため、向こうから空港まで送ると言ったくせに、当日になると空港へ行くには、基本時間の3.5時間を超えるから別料金だと言い出しました。実際にはそんなに掛からないのに、当日の運転手は土嚢を沢山積んだトラックにも追い抜かれる程ののろのろ運転で明らかな時間稼ぎをする始末。それでも自分たちで早めに見学を済ませて、空港に向かってもらったところ、着くと、予定より30分以上も早かったので、急ぐ必要なんて少しもなかったのです。道が混む可能性などと言っていましたが、混みそうな道は途中どこもなく、騙されたと思いました。3.5時間分払ったのに、3時間足らずで終了され、非常に腹立たしい思いしました。日本からのやりとりの中で、現地のタクシーはぼるから気を付けてと、再三言ってきましたが、自分たちのしてることは少しも変わらず、むしろひどいぐらい。結局自分たちの専用車を出来るだけたくさん利用させたかっただけだと思いました。

아침에 더욱 아름다운 호텔

호텔 안에서 느끼는 또 하나의 프라하

호텔 위치는 찾기 쉽지는 않았지만, 호텔을 들어서자 마자 호텔의 특이한 구조와 친절한 환대가 나를 즐겁게 했다. 개인적으로 지방색이 강한 호텔을 선호하는 편이라 호텔 구조나 외형등이 마음에 들었다. 아침 식사는 유럽의 여타 다른 호텔의 식탁 보다 우수한 편이며, 창너머 고요한 프라하를 내려다 보며 진한커피와 함께 식사하는 기분도 그만이였다. 프라하성과 도보로 10분 정도로 대단히 가까워 이 호텔을 묶으려 결정하신 분은 프라하 성을 오전에 관광하는 일정으로 잡는 것이 좋을 것 같다. 작지만 나름의 분위기와 친절로 그곳 만의 분위기를 느낄 수 있게 했고, 기억에 남는 호텔 중에 하나가 될 것 같다.
