We thought the rooms were really small and very dark and it didn't feel like 5 star hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel staff very nice and speaks different languages which is great. We loved breakfast althgough for a price of nearly 30 euro you would expect it! Overall, even though the Hotel was nice for the price that you pay I think I'd rather go to a 4 star hotel (lots of them in Prague) and got much more or the same...

Comfortable beds and fairly equipped with toiletries (chambermaid should have a checklist of the toiletries provided in the room when cleaning the room). A quiet surrounding located at riverside where there is easy access to visit places of interest. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Reasonable hotel rates when booked through Agoda, our regular agent.

hilton prague hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with a great view of the river. it is good to walk to the various places of interest like the old town square and charles bridge etc but if the weather does not permit this, then there are various modes of transport to reach these places and these are easily accessible from the hotel.
as with all other hilton hotels, service is great!

The hotel is centrally located and can be reached conveniently by car. The metro station Florenc serving two lines is only few minutes walking distance away.
My room was comfortable, and personnel was attentive and friendly.
On the negative side, there were pretty high charges for extras such as car parking or Internet.

We booked it atmhalf price so that needs to be considered but i think it is still the best in the area. Its a short walk to all attractions and staff are helpful - very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I think this place is over rated. Heaps of graffiti and run down places - people are really nice though. Not sure what all the fuss is about though - we found Tribec delightful in comparison but it is a 2 hr drive from Prague...
