Lovely Hotel; Highly Recommended

The hotel is located right below the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge, great location! The hotel location is also very close to the subway and tram station. The hotel room is very clean and tidy. We are served with breakfast buffet which the food is good! Some of the dishes are ordered on demand and the portion is big! The staff are very helpful and they offer currency exchange without any commission.
Travel tip:
Just exchange local money right enough for you to travel from the airport / train station as most of the shops out there charge you with great commission. Recommended to make most of your exchanges with the hotel.

Hotel Three Storks is a lovely boutique located in a convenient location. We were able to go sightseeing to many places by foot. The room is very cosy and adequate. The breakfast provided were of good quality and yummy.

all of the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous, we encountered a day time front desk manager who was challenging. i am very concerned that she double charged us for our rooms, because i paid on line and she would not take the time to understand that. the discussion was taking too much time and i was forced to decide to leave and address ihis issue later or miss my flight.
we did receive a reduction on our room charges because we had three days without englsih cable (necessary for our business), one room had no phone service during the three day period noted above, the electronic pass key did not work and we needed to use a pass key (an issue for two people in one room having only o e keey) and the internet system blocked my internet access.
but the biggest issue is once again the double charge for the rooms.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Provide sufficient time to check out , it is not a straightforward process.

small boutique hotel
very close to all the attraction, yet quite and away from the crowd

this is a newly renovated hotel, in a historical building. initially it was hard to find, as it is situated in a quite corner. but once you know the location, it became very easy and convinient. it is just 1 minute walk to the lesser town, and 5 minutes walk to charls bridge. the room is stylish and beautiful, very modern with all the necessary facilities. but service-wise, this is a four star hotel (although they claim themselves to be a five star) as there is no luggage service, the cleaning lady always foget to refill the toiletories, and when we ask for extra sheet at 10pm one night, the reply was that the housekeeping people are off. many staff member do not speak english, so there is also some communication problem.

The hotel as such was good. The place was clean and the breakfast was good.
The first imprsion was however not so good. When we arrived at the hotel the woman in the reception was more interested in selling a room upgrade then letting us check in. When we didn't want the room upgrade she continued to try to sell sightseeing trips. This would have been ok if she would have tried once. But she would not stop.
After the somewhat negitive impresion og the check-in the stay was just fine.

The location was absolutely perfect for couple, convenient, easy to walk around the heart of Prague, 5 min walk to Charles Bridge and alot of great restaurants within walking distance from hotel. The room was decent, sizeable and great service with free wifi everyone in the hotel. Definitely recommended but lack facilities such as gym or business centre.

Hotel très sympatique

Un hôtel très sympathique, bien placé, à 3 minutes à pied du pont Charles. Facile à rejoindre l'autre coté de la rive à pied, ou en tram ou métro qui est à 150 m.
Hotel refait avec gout, belle et grande chambre, petit déjeuner plus que correct (la dame qui fait le service très gentille.
L'accueil est gentille aussi, mais un peu "lourd" sur les activités proposées avec une insistance appuyée... dommage ceci installe un climat de méfiance. Hotel fait le change 'meilleur' dans la ville (mais sur le tableau il n'avait pas le temps de le mettre à jour) ... c'est pas tout à fait exact. Dans la ville vous trouvez meilleur taux sans commission. Ceci dit, attention à Prague souvent le change frise l'arnaque ! Faites attention d ene pas changer dans les changes avec enseignes qui on un logo de couleurs orange. Du vol pur et simple.

위치는 까를교에 바로 인접한 터라, 전체적인 프라하 여행 최적의 장소에 위치. 하지만 찾아가기가 약간 애매했었으며 호텔 간판이 제대로 붙어있지 않고 호텔마크(새 세마리~)를 보며 유추해서 들어갔음.
객실 내부 인테리어는 상당히 깔끔하고, 모던함. 분위기 있는 객실을 원하는 여행객에게 제격일 듯. 아침식사는 다양하진 않지만, 차분하게 즐기기에 부담없음. 전체적으로 만족
