Fabulous housekeeping and this complete my trip

I booked this hotel for my parents and my younger sister. After the check-out, my sister realized that she forgot her new bag worth 800 EUR in the room. However, she got it back because of the the lovely housekeeping at the hotel. They complete our trip! Superb!!

it is a very nice and clean hotel. the river view is stunning. the buffet breakfast is with variety and of good quality. the room service is very good. with excellent location with good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the famous spots like charles bridge are of walking distance. overall, it is a hotel with 5-star grading with excellent service.

it was our first visit to prague. as expected from intercontinental hotel, the staff was polite and helpful in recommending us places to visit. breakfast was nice and the view from the hotel room was great too!

チェコで泊まったなかで１番高かったのですが１番狭かったのにびっくりしました。
備え付けのアミニティはデザインが素敵で質がよく満足でした。

朝食はちょうど中国人のツアーの人たちが多く落ち着いて朝食が取れず、食事もいがいと油こく慣れませんでした。
