Night manager was nice even though he had not ngt edible offering nor myself got the idea to provide the nuts and chocolate they iaf sold at the reception. But that said, he watched us iaf in the eye and smiled ngn time.
Brännhål in carpets, broken light bulbs. Woefully poor service in the breakfast restaurant. Although generally never experienced ngt similar. Reception service was so bad that she even asked if we had a pleasant stay when we checked out. What she did was she rang up ten forty and screamed that she wanted to remind us that there were already check out 11.00
