Unfortunately smoking still seems to be permitted in the main Bar Area and also on a Patio which opens onto the breakfast area, which can be noisy at night.

Excellent Michelin restaurant in Hotel, closed on Sundays

Everything was great!
In the centre of Prague !!! Great position!

Beautiful hotel,spacious rooms, everyone was very polite and with a smile on their face! This trip was a surprise for my fiancee and when the stuff knew about it they gave us a free upgrade of our room to a junior suite and a free champagne and sweets!! Huge breakfast for every taste.
The only negative is that we were dissapointed by the concierge. She wasnt there when we needed her and when we found her i thought i knew more things about Prague than her!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you use hotels service for taxi ask for driver 'Yendra'. He was extremely polite, helpful and willing to tell us everything that we needed to know about Prague. We thank him very much.He is excellent!

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends for my 50th birthday, my room was upgraded free of charge and on my birthday i got cake and champagne lovely touches. standard rooms of my friend were still excellent, all staff we met were very friendly and attentive. Hotel overall excellent and beautiful food was good. i would highly recommend this hotel. wonderful location and close to all the attractions. well done raddison.
Shopping Tip:
be careful when changing money they advertise a rate and try and rip u off once you have handed your money over.Tell them to tell you how much they are going to give you before you buy.

Excellent hotel and in a great location just off the main drag.
Polite driver met us at the airport for just a little more than the taxis would charge.
Room was spacious and homely.
Food at restaurant was excellent. When I complained about the eggs being cold I was given a deep apology and some fruit and chocolates as a gift - very nice touch.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enjoy Prague it is a lovely city. Don't bother with the tout bus though, everywhere can be covered on foot.

This hotel is located right beside the Wenceslas square. Great location for experiencing the vibrant nightlife of Prague. There is an Irish Bar right beside the hotel. A great place to hangout at night. This hotel is also within walking distance from the subway stations, very convenient.

we just stayed one night there, then when we were in the room, they called us that our package was not included breakfast, but in our booking confirmation was written with breakfast, how come!!! anyway, finally they offered to us. but when we went for the breakfast, they changed the venue without informing us, not evening a note, we though the restaurant was closed....the room is not very bright and clean, the corridor is always with cups and planes on the floor.....
