Good value for a clean, cenrally located hotel

The agoda price for this hotel was about $100 during off season. I thought this was a great value for a very centrally located clean hotel. You can walk across the bridge to all the sites. Aprox 8 min walk to Charles bridge. There are a number of cute cafes and restaurants close to the hotel too, and a big park with a great view of the city.

We were very pleased with the hotel. On first inspection I assumed it was brand new as everything looked so perfect, but it has been open for a few years now. The staff was very helpful. We ran into an incident where a taxi tried to charge us 4 times the normal rate from downtown and the desk clerk kindly came outside to support us. Everyone spoke excellent English. We never ate in the hotel, but enjoyed the rooms. It was about a 10 minute walk into town. The hotel is up a bit of a hill. It is very close to the entrance to the park. The hotel staff had great recommendations on where to eat.
Travel tip:
We did the Segway tour of Prague. What an amazing city to use Segway's in.... very hilly, which made it easy to see a lot in a short time. It was a great start to our 3 days as then we could return to what we liked best.

Very nice

This hotel was really nice the staff where very friendly and helpful the only problem is the breakfast the toaster only does one side of the bread and it takes forever if your looking for a good hot breakfast to start your day don't look here mostly cold meats cheese and cakes hard boiled eggs in the baymarie beans mashed up with veg hotdog sausages that repeat on you all day I asked for fried eggs they charged me 5euros and I might as well have hard boiled there wasn't much difference I could of got a full breaks in town for less otherwise ok somebody wrote it was ok I recon they must of stayed at terrasin

The biggest room we have in our trip. Free Wifi. Good location near the castle and Charles bridge. We walked back and forth everyday. The staff is very helpful. We got problem with Toll sticker for driving on motorway. We bought from the post for 10-day type. The post office staff made the validation date wrong. We bought it in Dec, she made it Nov. If we didn't check, we might get heavy fine from the police. And the staff there didn't speak English very well. So we came back to the hotel and ask for their help. The front office staff, she wrote us a note in Czech language, just in case, the post office staff didn't understand the situation. However, it solved by the post issued us the new sticker without showing that note, they were helpful as well.

The hotel is very new and its clean.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Free Wifi.
Room is very spacious.
However, the location is a bit far from the train station which requires a 20 minutes walk.
And the bed is a bit too soft for me.

Cannot fault a thing! Close to city centre, you can walk or take tram. Staff saw to every need. I loved the homely feeling, the colours, lighting, bedding, TV, bathroom, nothing to fault!

Trendy and walking distance to the sights

We arrived in Prague via the train from Vienna and hopped on a trolley to get to the hotel. The hotel was about a 5 minute uphill walk from the trolley stop. The positive is that when you left the hotel for the day it was downhill.
The hotel is across the street from a beautiful park and in October the autumn leaves were just stunning. The park was our view from our room and I couldn't stop snapping pictures. We went with another couple and the husband woke up for early morning runs and found lots of hidden treasures in the park.
The hotel room was very clean and free wifi was available in the room. Each room is designed in either red or blue. We got a blue room and it was perfect for our 3 night stay. We also had free breakfast with our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options to get the day started just right. Assortment of fresh cold cuts with rolls, pastries, sausage, eggs, and many juices, teas, and coffees to choose from.
The hotel was very helpful in planning any last minute tours and calling companies on our behalf to find out details. They also helped us book a private car to go to the airport on our last day.
The best part of this hotel was that it was about a 15-20 minute walk from the major sights (Charles Bridge and the surrounding area). We didn't have to use the public transportation to get anywhere during our stay.
The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner and only offers breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We did the e-bikes tour and it was nice. I would recommend it for the first day of your trip because otherwise you may see everything that is on the tour. The bikes are the fun part. They have a motor and so uphill never felt better. Just pedal and the motor does the rest of the work.

the room was great for us with our 3 year old. the room has a large bed plus an additional area with a large mattress and desk. we were very comfortable in this room. my husband took advantage of the location and went for an early morning run each day of the trip. he wondered through the park across the street and said the beauty was unreal. he also ran to charles bridge at 6am and without any tourist the views were outstanding.
we enjoyed the free breakfast and the arrangement was very good to help us get the day started.
the hotel was also very helpful in booking last minute tours and giving suggestions of nearby restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
e-bike tours was great fun. A bike with a motor means no struggle with the hilly streets and cobble stone paths.

Enjoyed stay . Would stay here again if came back to Prague.Plenty eating places close by. Hotel taxi service from/to airport was very good at 39 Euros return- no hassle.I would recommend this hotel
