i especially liked that the apartment that me and my 2 friends stayed at was spacious and clean .It also had a kitchen complete with fridge and cooking utensils.however , when we we re there, the wifi was not working and neither was the tv.and also the reception is at the next street ,making it quite inconvenient

we called a day before to inform the staff that we'd like to check-in early (around 8). we got there around 8:30, and had to wait outside in the freezing cold until the receptionist arrived more than half an hour later. he was very friendly, though, and even gave us tips on which places to visit and such.
the single apartments are actually on a separate building, and look nothing like the pictures. it's just one street corner away, but it feels like an abandoned building and is honestly a bit creepy.
rooms are clean and spacious, but the tv is not working.
breakfast is very blah, considering the bounty of wonderful food in prague.

This hotel was more like an apartment and it was a pleasant surprise to have a fridge, etc. The location just south of the old town square was great and very close to Tram 22 which, combined with Tram 17 was all we needed. The place was clean but when checking in I'd make sure the hot water works - we didn't & when we returned late our 1st night looking forward to a hot shower all we had was cold water and the reception is only open from 8am to 6pm so we had to wait until the morning. If you have a car the parking is an extra (15 Euros for 4 days) and the entrance gate is NARROW - it's possible to get through, but just!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We bought the 4 day Prague Card with transportation (available online & will be delivered to your hotel) and thought it was certainly worthwhile.

Totally in downtown, pubs we wanted to visit in walking distance (unfortunatelly the only metrp station closed during our stay was the one we needed to get off to reach the hotel. :-)

we loved this hotel. our room had a huge living area with a kitchen, sofa and small tv. the bathroom was clean wi a big corner bath. the bedroom was very spacious with two very comfortable single beds. this hotel would be perfect for families traveling as the rooms are very spacious and it is close walking distance to the main shopping area.

The apartment was nice and cozy with basic amenities. The receptionist was an elderly lady, very friendly and spoke fluent English. All attractions are within walking distance. Be aware that the receptionist will not inform you about the parking charges and will offer you a discount coupon at a restaurant nearby. Caution - this restaurant will give you the discount, but will levy a table charge which in the end proves more expensive than going to a normal restaurant. The food however, was good.
Travel tip:
Do not self drive in Prague as most of the streets are one-way. Our Navi stopped working and we had a real tough time finding this hotel.

Loved this hotel. The owners are a really friendly couple, who went out of their way to help me and my friend settle in to the perfect apartment, and accomodate all of our needs.
The breakfast is lovely, there is a continental breakfast, perhaps there should be a wider fruit selection :)
The apartments are lovely, situated very close to the river, which makes for a perfect stroll :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try a pedalo boat along the river (3mins walk from the apartments), the sights are lovely from the water!
