Good location, but not good services.
Near from a station in the city center

We stayed in this hotel for three days. During our stay, our room was cleaned only once, although we requested to clean up everyday. Also, we could not get hot water.
Moreover, though we stayed in a superior room in this hotel, the room would rather looks like a loft room than a superior room. All of the pictures in this site are misleading. In fact, it looks not that gorgeous.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Small hotels near metro lines

I booked this hotel for the price as i was only staying 1 night. I was expecting to be able to have a sauna but it seemed the sauna area was completely reserved for that day. The rooms are quite small. reception was very helpfull, breakfast was ok. Personally i wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and tidy hotel

The room is small but clean and tidy. The breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
It is 10-15min walk from the metro station I.P.Pavlova. If you walk with luggage it might take longer as the road is not so smooth. If you want to visit new town/old town in Prague, you can walk from this hotel to there. It will be 25-30min walk to the new town, then you continue to walk 5min to new town to see clock tower and church,etc.
The area around this hotel are either hotel or old office building. Thus the area is quiet after office hour.

Big respect to this friendly hotel!

the hotel isn't so big with a tinny reception, very nice designed halls and rooms. bed was very comfort so we slept wery well. location is perfect! go left - dancing house,embankment , swаns, small boats with restaraunts, street music. to the right - very beautiful square and big catolic church and restauraunt mlsny kocour with a perfect traditional czech cousin (i recommend)! to the back - destroyed castle vyshehrad with a beautiful view on the river and prague castle. and if you go stright - you're in the old old city!
service. especially i would to say about service, the staff are friendly and helpfull, they know everything, so don't use the maps, go to them and ask them, what they can reccomend for, where to go, what to eat and other ))))

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel avec mon compagnon, nous avons trouvé l’hôtel et le personnel très agréable et accueillant. On a aussi pu profiter du spa qui est très cosy et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le bain à remous des chambre supérieur marche très bien. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et bon. Pour notre weekend en couple nous avons été agréablement surpris de notre choix d'hôtel.

Hotel propre, chambre petite

Quand on lit la présentation de l’hôtel on s’imagine en lisant "spa" 4* que c’est le luxe, cela ressemble plus à un 3* standardisé. Néanmoins, très propre et confortable. La chambres était petite mais le lit était de bonne qualité confortable (pas de mal au dos) et avec une salle de douche "multifonctions". Le personnel est serviable. Petit déjeuner complet mais pas très achalandé par rapport au déjeuner français (pas de croissant ou autre viennoiserie) mais on pouvait se servir autant qu'on voulait. Il faut pas mal marcher pour arriver à la vieille ville (environ une heure) mais il est situé à seulement dix minutes à pied de la ligne de tram ou métro qui vous emmènera où vous avez besoin d'aller sans fatigue. Il n'y a pas de bar ni de restaurant ce qui est dommage. Le massage est fait par une professionnelle thai, ça remet en forme après les longues marches. Dans l'ensemble j’ai été content de mon choix d’hôtel, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix, chaleureux et accueillant. Manifestement rénové assez récemment avec la déco Ikea. Toutefois ne vous attendez pas parce qu’il y a marqué spa que ca ressemble au spa du soleil levant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A une heure des lieux touristiques, sinon a dix minute des tram et métro.

Hotel pulito e personale molto disponibile

L'albergo è pulito, in particolare la nostra camera era sufficientemente spaziosa con un bagno grande e completamente rifatto da poco, doccia con bocchette laterali e dimensioni doppie rispetto allo standard. La camera viene rifatta ogni giorno, mentre la biancheria viene cambiata ogni tre giorni. La colazione è di tipo internazionale, non troppo varia ma più che accettabile. Il personale è giovane ma molto disponibile. Il check in ed il check out sono in orari strani, ma noi siamo arrivati prima dell'orario e ripartii molto dopo ma ci hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito senza alcun problema. Frigo bar in camera con prezzi accettabili ( una lattina di coca cola due euro). L'unico svantaggio è che non è servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici, la distanza è di 5 -7 minuti a piedi. In questo modo si arriva ad una stazione della metro e alla fermata di alcuni tram, quindi poi raggiungere i punti strategicamente interessanti è un attimo.

Een netjes maar eenvoudig hotel.

Het hotel is gehuisvest in een statig pand dat de stad veel heeft. Het hotel heeft geen echte lobby, wel een plek om te kunnen ontbijten. De kamers zijn netjes, de badkamers best luxe met een compleet douchesysteem. Alles is vrij recent aangebracht. Het ontbijt was elke dag goed en werd goed aangevuld.
Het enige was dat de baddoeken die na 3 dagen vervangen zouden worden niet vervangen waren. Het hotel heeft z'n excuus aangeboden. Ik had het natuurlijk ook even eerder kunnen melden.
Lift aanwezig, evenals een spa. Mogelijkheid om een taxi naar en van het vliegveld te regelen.

Beneden verwachtingen en redelijke locatie

Wij zijn eerder dan 14:00 aangekomen maar mochten nog niet inchecken omdat deze pas vanaf 14:00 is. Gelukkig mochten wij onze bagage bij de receptie achterlaten. Kamer was kleiner dan verwacht. Toilet was niet echt fris te noemen en er was geen manier om de douche kop op te hangen. Ontbijt was een buffet van standaard assortiment. Hotel klinkt luxer dan het is. Woorden als "Royal" en faciliteiten als een Spa maken dit hotel luxer klinken dan het is. De Ikea meubilair en matig ontbijt geven de goedkope klasse weg en daarom is dit meer een 3 sterren hotel i.p.v. 4 sterren. Qua locatie is dit wel een voordeel, centrum is 10 minuten lopen in een rechte lijn.
