A design-conscious hotel hidden behind the facade of a late 19th century building, there's a lot more to Alexandra Hotel than first meets the eye. The central location makes getting around quick and cheap, especially as some of the biggest attractions including City Hall Square, Tivoli Gardens and the Stroget can all be reached on foot. Rooms and public areas have been decorated to match the designer furniture and original artworks on the wall, adding up to an eclectic decor which will satisfy art and design lovers alike. The modern on-site French inspired restaurant serves delicious breakfast buffets and gourmet fusion cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Families with older children United Kingdom, July 03, 2012	Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms location central close to shops station and theme park 8 Staff were helpful, furniture a bit dated and worn in places but they make a virture of this by promoting it as traditional danish furniture. Hotel Feature Tip: Vouchers given if you forego room cleaning, though limited time to spend them though staff seemed to accept them outside these times.

Families with older children United States of America, March 22, 2012	lovely hotel and service with a smile lobby-very friendly atmossphere 10 the rooms were very quaint, comfortable and pretty. the lobby has a very homely atmosphere conducive to leisure and business. the staff is extremely helpful. we really enjoyed our stay and have recommended the hotel to others. i wonder why it's listed as a three star and not four?? regards

Families with older children Australia, June 26, 2011	Great atmosphere with friendly staff Good position, helpful staff, intereting art deco interiors 7.3 very helpful staff who were knowledgeable about sightseeing. suggestion of the bicycles was fantastic as it is so easy to get around copenhagen and see a lot more than just walking. beautiful city and the meatpackers area is incredible for restaurants and bars. art deco interior of the hotels is very interesting with posters on the walls a feature. the rooms are quite small but clean and quiet with the windows closed! Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Definitely use bicycles as it is very user friendly city for them.
