location.......staff.....cleanliness....breakfast price........street noise Overall, I was very pleased with the Ascot..the staff is very knowledgeable concerning local attractions and transportation options....I would option for breakfast included...the meal is very good and worth the price...I would be very careful to NOT get a room that fronts the street especially over a weekend ...the street noise will disturb the most sound sleep...besides that the location is excellent
Restaurant Tip : there is a really good bakery next to Tivoli Garden in the same complex as a supermarket

hotel staff competency / atmosphere within/ location in the city/completeness of breakfast offering do not option for a room that faces the front...street noise will ruin sleep especially over a weekend I was rally pleased with the hotel in all aspects of my stay except for the fact that my room faced the front and was located on the street side...the noise especially over the weekend will disturb anyone's sleep and seemed to have lasted long into the morning..2/3AM minimum..the hotel staff is extremely courteous and knowledgable...opt to include breakfast if offered...well woth the charge
Travel tip : use the staff to learn directions and best public transportation options...

Nice staff, fresh and tasty breakfast. Situated right in the middle of Copenhagen. Parking place for free!! Our room was quite small. Ascot hotel is one of the most central situated hotels in Copenhagen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For longer stay Ascot have small apartments, that might give you a more home-feeling. Breakfast is very tasty and fresh, but there are not so much variety. One problem of the hotel is that some rooms are only reached by quite a lot of stairs - could be a problem for elderly or disable persons.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Amusement park "Tivoli". Only 2-300 m away.

This hotel managed very well by trained friendly staff - Scandinavian standard.
Shopping Tip : Very close to Copenhagen's main shopping street.
