The hotel was easy to find and locate and is easily accessible by public transport which makes it an affordable way to get around and finding it. The rooms were spacious, but the room was only stocked with one towel when there were 2 guests, and it required 2 calls to the reception for the towels to be delivered. Apart from that, it is a value for money hotel with a good spread for breakfast and convenient location.

the hotel is located close to the central station. five minutes walk from the station. easy to find and the building is old and gorgeous. very warm inside and the interior is amazing.
when we checked in, agoda made a mistake about my booking and somehow the booking had been made only from the next day. a female staff there phoned agoda for us many times to fix the problem although it was international phone calls and expensive enough. she kindly let me use the hotel phone for free so i could contact agodas customer service. unfortunately the day we arrived the hotel was booked out so we could only stay for one night but all the staff were very professional and helpful. they let us relax at the lobby for so long and use their free wifi. without their help, having no active phone in copenhagen it would have been difficult for us to solve the problem with agoda.
the room was lovely. warm. the breakfast was simple but good.
overall the stay at the hotel was great. we would love to come back here to stay longer.

ドイツから渡り鳥ラインでコペンハーゲンに行く旅行で、コペンハーゲン中央駅か近かったので選びました。
ホテルは中央駅から徒歩10分、チボリ公園から徒歩5分、市庁舎からも5分程度の場所にあり観光に大変便利です。コペンハーゲン大聖堂なども徒歩圏内です。ホテルから空港までは20分強、25DKKでした。
立地は素晴らしいのですが、ホテルの宿泊施設は4つ星レベルを期待していくと大いに裏切られます。泊まったのは4階（最上階）の部屋だったのですが、ほとんどヨーロッパのアパートの屋根裏部屋、バスタブ、冷蔵庫もありませんでした。ただ、部屋の清潔感自体はあります。テレビも液晶のものが置いてありました。
朝食は種類、味ともに不満。選択できるのであれば選ぶ必要はないかと。しぼりたてのオレンジジュースは大変おいしかったです。
某サイトで酷評されていた受け付けの対応は普通。最終日に体調が悪くなったのでレイトチェックアウトを依頼したら無料で1時間だけですが認めてくれました。笑顔も悪くないと思います。
総じて、立地は素晴らしいけど4つ星ホテルと思っていくとがっかりするかも。部屋自体はきれいなビジネスホテル以下だと思います。

駅からは近いし、立地は便利ですが、アメニティーと部屋の利便性がちょっと・・・
ベッドは狭いけど、ふかふか。マクラもふかふかでした。

バスタブ、金庫、冷蔵庫、アメニティー（コンディショナー、歯ブラシ）なし。
シャンプーもbodyソープと兼用。
1-3日目と4日目で延泊したので部屋を隣へ移動しました。（部屋の掃除がされてなかったので朝食をサービスしていただきました。）
一方の部屋は暖房が利くまでに時間がかかったり、ヘアドライヤーが壊れていたり・・・一方は、暖房は良いものの、バスルームのタオルなどを乾燥させるボードが冷たく、いまいちでした。しかも移った部屋のバスマットは、誤って普通のフェイスタオルが設置されていました。
安さと寝るだけのホテルとしては良いホテルだと思います。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
石畳が多く、ヒールでは歩きにくく疲れやすい街です。
電車よりバスや徒歩で十分観光できます。
お城の中に入るには、入口がわかりずらいです。（英語表記がある場所と全くない場所があります。）

Ombonat, välkomnande, tyst och sköna sängar
Nära centralstationen, ströget och spa.

Min vistelse var mysig och avkopplande med teater, shopping och spa. Detta hotell var perfekt att fira min dotters 20-årsdag på. Vi hade nära till allt vi ville se och göra. Mycket trevligt bemötande även då det togs dubbelt betalt. Skönt med senare utcheckning. Detta hotell bor jag gärna på igen, då det kändes lagom stort och även hade god frukost.

en midsommarhelg i köpenhamn med familjen på ett hotell som ligger centralt för att lätt kunna komma till tivoli var utgångspunkten. hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från stationen och tivoli så där uppfylldes förväntningarna. rummen var ok men dåliga läslampor gjorde det svårt att läsa om den andra ville dra för gardinerna och se på tv. hissen var extremt liten och långsam, vilket är en nackdel om man tycker det är jobbigt att gå i trappor. personligen tyckte jag att korridorerna luktade cigarettrök men inne i rummet märkte jag inget av det. frukosten får betyg 3 av 5 med en espresso fr maskinen som var blaskig. gymmet får 2 av 5 då endast rullbandet fungerade ordentligt när jag var där. för en vistelse med endast två övernattningar var jag ändå nöjd med tanke på priset.
Restaurant Tip:
Med två barn i tonåren kändes Hard Rock Café helt rätt. Utmärkt service och rejäla portioner. Varnar något för den Italienska restaranten till vänster om hotellet (Evita tror jag den heter). Kocken hade ingen koll på medium o medium rare och det var klent med tillbehör till scampin.
