Small room in great location

during my checked in into this hotel, i had been asked for my credit card verification. the personal from hotel changed the total i needed to pay for the total bill and returned the money into my credit card account again. when i went through my credit card account, i found out the total money charged and returned was shorted of because of exchange rate difference. when i informed to the hotel personal, he returned the difference amount of money and apologize for the inconvenient.
first few days during my stayed in this hotel, my room was faced to the train station and the main road. noise had disturbed my emotion during sleeping time and also time i stayed in the room. fortunately the hotel had the available room and the personal from hotel arranged the room which was faced to another side for me. it is very quite and i can sleep well.

Great location but small room
There was free internet access and a good breakfast service.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.jonas who was on the weekend shift helped me greatly. it was my first time in copenhagen and jonas was excellent as to directing me to the places i wanted to go.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This Hotel was very close to Tivoly Gardens and the centre of the city.

The staff are very helpful and nice.
Good breakfast and great location, just 5 mins away from the central station and 15 mins to the central area. The room is a bit small and the carpet has noticible dirt

Good option right next to the central station

I arrived early but the staff quickly found me a room and I was inside the room just minutes after arriving. My room was quite spacious, clean and well made. Wi-fi was free of charge, stabile and suitable for my needs (work). Cons: The bathroom on the other side was quite cramped and there were no bathtub, only shower. There were no safe for storing valuable and this was a big drawback for me.

Just 5 minutes walk from central station but if you change to the S line, you will come out in front of the hotel. Great service minded staff and generous breakfast spread. Near main tourist attractions. Only setback is the noisy sound of train when you open your room window.

Good hotel and great location

Norlandia Mercur Hotel is located close to the Copenhagen central station and to the main shopping area and Strøget. Within walking distance you can find a number of good restaurants and cafés. Our double room where ok and we had a nice view from the 4th floor. The hotel staff where very service minded and the breakfast alright.
