This modern hotel, built in 2004, offers great value for money and comfortable accommodation in a location close to the railway station. The Cab Inn City Hotel in Copenhagen, part of the Danish Cabinn group of hotels, has contemporary rooms in a cruise ship style, with satellite TV and free wireless internet access. The hotel also serves breakfast. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the central railway station and Tivoli gardens. The center of Copenhagen is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can assist with queries and information.

The shower area is too tiny. The room is comfortable for one person but too small for 2 or 3.

Great location but horrible rooms and setup

Hotel has no air condition. no ventilation unless you keep the window open. if you keep the window open, which you have to then there is so much outside noise that one cannot get peaceful sleep. also intead of having blinds so air and light can come in but at the same time one can have privacy they have a curtain sheet which rolls down. if you roll down for privacy then no air come in and if you keep it rolled up then air can come in but no privacy as all the behind rooms face each other. will not stay at this hotel again.

Good service, in general, but..

I liked the hotel, and the design as ship cabins, while kitsch, works well. However, there was a problem with hot water. The staff claimed that because there had been an inundation from a very heavy rainstorm (something like 20cm in a single afternoon) there wasn't going to be any hot water, and that this was beyond their control. Fair enough, but I have a friend who lives in central Copenhagen, and there wasn't any interruption to her hot water service at all. (I ended up crossing town to bathe. What about guests who don't have friends in the city??)I think there was a construction issue, rather than a rainfall issue. There was construction going on in the neighbourhood. Why weren't they honest about this?? Why was there no accommodation for guests? That other neighbourhoods had no trouble means, to my mind, that the rain wasn't responsible for the problem. Honesty would have worked better than obfuscation.
