In Copenhagen the way to use the transportation is different in other country that usally have 1-day or multi-day pass tickets for the traveller. Here the ticket is in form of clip (for multi-pass travelling) that one clip can be used for 2 zone travelling and 2 for 3 - 4 zones travelling. For one clip it is valid for 1 hour, so in case we chage the direction or chage from train to bus, it is no need to clip the ticket again. You can buy the clip ticket in every train station but not on the bus. (for getting in the bus without clip ticket or multiday pass you need to pay at least 20 kr. but the clip ticket for 10 clips is only 125 kr. For your choice, if stay here for longer than 5 days, you can buy a multi-pass ticket at the train station as well.

Hotel is of a good standard I have stayed in many hotels in Copenhagen and this is one of the better one's for value for money.

Good location. Near park.

Renovation at the restaurant

One of the rooms had bathrooms with windows. Curtain missing. The neighbors looked straight into. Not so nice, it's where you make the most private. Fast and friendly welcome at check-in. Good location at the Esplanade and park down towards Lille Havsfruen. Royal Palace and several churches within walking distance. Near Nyhavn with all the restaurants!
