Hotel rooms are clean. We had a superior room. But superior?? Was not that special. The room was actually just a very standard compact hotel room without any extra space. The staff was smiling and friendly. The check in and check out was complicated and time consuming.

I've been trying out all first hotell in copenhagen now. This wasnt the best unfortunally. As I arrived at 11, checkin was at 14, so I had to stroll around a bit. I was able to leave my luggage there though. I was situated in a very small but cozy room (bathtub, free minibar ect ect). Tv-remote was missing. As I only stayed for one night I had to check out the resturant in the hotell. Service was abmysall, took ages to get the food and on top of it they cleared my table as they thought i left when i was in the toilet... No discount afterwards for theire obvious misstakes. Other then that, I can't complain on the hotell since it was really good, although I would choose first hotell skt. petri instead.

we arrived unexpectedly early and were immediately given a room at 10.00am. on departure offered check out at 1.00pm
nice large room with 2 windows facing into the internal courtyard which is enclosed with a large glass roof. the only fault was a fire door which slammed in the corridor outside the room.
central situation very close to the town hall and tivoli gardens and many of the museums and sites and the main pedestrian shopping street.
Travel tip:
Good rail connection from the airport to the central station.
Helpful multilingual staff at ticket office who can supply travel passes for various periods.
Make sure you validate them at the yellow machines on the platform as they are inspected.
Efficient airport but severe security who insist you empty all pockets of all items , even non metallic ones

The whole city is under renovation! However, the hotel has a great location very near Tivoli, and just a ten minute walk from the train station.
The price of food may shock you, must look around a little, grit your teeth, and you will get through it!

The location was the best selling point for this hotel. Everything is in walking distance or a bus ride away. The rooms are of a decent size with wireless interenet & cute decor. The reception area is lovely too & there is a quaint old lift.
Shopping Tip:
There are loads of really good vintage stores nearby - not on the main shopping strip but other little side streets.

Nice hotel in good location with more potential

Was staying there for one night for a business meeting. Very close to city center, Tivoli etc. gives you a lot of options for the evening. No parking provided, but available close by in walking distance. Room was ok, but breakfast pretty disappointing, far below scandinavian standards.
