This is a warm hostel in the cold weather
The place is very clean and spacious ensuite bathroom. The room is warm and comfy especially so for the cold weather ...

We enjoyed our stay in Generator Hostel Copenhagen.
It is a very pleasant place with very clean facilities.
The room was spacious and the four of us have a cosy time there.
Being an Asian family, our main concern is the room temperature especially at nights. To our surprise, the heating device was superb.It kept our room warm. We slept well and we could even take a bath every day !!
Generator Hostel is also very closer to several attractions.
Its proximity to these places of interest has made our stay in Copenhagen a very happy one.

Conveniently located *hostel* - Note the stress**

Had a very nice stay, though it started with the reception staff wanting to charge my credit card an amount approximately 3 times of what I had already paid for my prepaid booking. My repeated claims that my booking was prepaid was met with the statement 'we only took the credit card information through Agoda to guarantee the booking, without charging anything'. I had to open up my agoda account and show them the booking details on my computer and then this was resolved... Not the best start, but the rest of the stay was alright. Note that this is a HOSTEL, not a hotel, and they try to sell you Towels and soap etc for 55 DKK each - so you had best be prepared with one, unless you want to buy a towel there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a stroll near the Hostel - the area is very active and has tons of eating joints literally within a stones throw.

Une adresse "jeune" ciblant plutôt les étudiants, mais très bien avec des enfants aussi : billard, salle commune, ...
A recommander, en particulier pour son excellente localisation en centre ville. Très Clean.

Empfang war nett und kompetent, Frühstück ist i.O.; super zentrale Lage am Kongens Nytorv und sehr nahe am Nyhavn und Amalienborg.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nyhavn, Amalienborg (Palast der Königin - Wachablösung um zwölf), Tivoli, Ny Carlsberg Glyptothek, Carlsberg Brauerrei Besichtigung, Stroget Fußgängerzone, Bakken Vergnügungspark, Klampenborg, Charlottenlund, Strandvejen mit Fahrrad oder Inliner, Schloss Kronborg in Helsingör

есть парковка совсем рядом (за доп. плату), и это в самом центре!

но, если только ночевать и не беспокоиться за машину с учётом цены, то альтернативы, пожалуй, и не сыщешь.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Лучше сесть на прогулочный катер и всё посмотреть обзорно, а потом пешком не спеша.
Нет НИКАКОЙ информации на русском в принципе в городе. В том числе и на городских экскурсиях. "Запасайтесь" английским, неметским, испанским, в конце концов
