helpful and friendly front desk

bathroom -arond sink needs cleaning, toilet seat dirty in hinges, under desk dirty and hanging open wires. restaurant could use some real espresso/cappuccino! elevator needs rug and cleaned!

as mentioned above points the hotel looks like someone in housekeeping and general maintanence really doesn't care much about the details.
