no lift but i stay on 4th floor. they wont keep the luggage for over night (but i will stay in legoland for 2 days. what a helpful hotel it is?!)

The reception staff is helpful and answering all our question patiently. Good money exchange rate available. In the afternoon, we were told that no room available due to due to existing guest problem, they arranged a same grade guestroom in nearby hotel where I think it's reasonable.

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice spread of breakfast. Very near to train station. Only con is no lift and have to carry a heavy luggage all the way up the stairs..

great location near station, bars, restaurants and walking distance into city centre
hotel was basic but clean
no lift so if you are on the top floor it's quite a few flights of stairs
good choice of continental breakfast but was very busy at the weekend
we had an ensuite room but there are also shared bathrooms and dorms (quite a few groups of young people staying, possibly school trips)

Good location at a reasonable price but noisy

The rooms are at an ok size. Don't expect a lot of room but it's enough. Unfortunately it's pretty noisy from people walking up and down the hall ways in the night and slamming doors to go to the bathroom. I was lucky I had my ear plugs because you could hear almost everything from the hall way.

very closed to central station. no elevator. room is ok with sink but bathrooms and toilets are so small. only 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and 1 broken toilet on our floor. breakfast is ok, there are many kinds of food. nice reception.

Room is good size for three persons. Shared common bathroom but toilet is too small. No lift. Need to lug 13kg luggage up to the third floor where we stayed. Could have been better if there is good direction guide to hotel location. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of bread, ham, cheese, butter and liver pate, cereal, drinks.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy 24 hour pass for bus and train ride. See the little mermaid and palace and stoll along the quay and main street
