This hotel offers a magnificent view, even as far as Sweden on a clear day. You have better things to spend your money on instead of overpriced rooms, so make the Zleep Ishoj Hotel your choice for quality and value accommodations in Copenhagen.

Close to a train station. Connected to a shopping centre. Friendly staff when reception was open.
Difficult to find at night. Far from Copenhagen city centre. Beds uncomfortable. Noisy with windows open and too hot when closed. Mould and grime in bathroom tiling. Carpet dirty. No reception at night and difficult to figure out electronic check-in system when using for the first time - looked like I was being billed twice for the room.
The first problem we had was that the taxi driver did not know where the hotel was. He had to phone dispatch and even they had to make a few calls to find it. When we arrived there was only a small sign at a dark back door to indicate we were at the right place. The taxi from the airport cost us 363 DKK or about 79.00 CAD. Check in was by a machine and it seemed to charge us for a room we had already paid for but at 1:30 am I was prepared to deal with that later. The next day reception was open and the staff was very friendly. The room was badly in need of renovation and the bed was 2 single beds pushed together. Lights above the bed were not working. The room was hot and with no air conditioning so we left the window open and were wakened several times by sirens and then backup alarms early in the morning. It cost 130 DKK (28.56 CAD) for a return train trip or 105 DKK (22.95 CAD) to downtown Copenhagen. I must say that the train was very frequent and efficient. For a tourist wanting to see Copenhagen I would not recommend this hotel. Pay a little more and stay right in town. You will save it on transportation costs. I wish I had done a bit more checking on the location in relation to the sights and activities in the area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't stay here if you intend to do some sightseeing or visiting of attractions in Copenhagen city.

TV inside,nice beds, nice view
horrible auto check-in system, dirty floor, bad place of the city
You better check in before 14:00 that the reception closes its doors.
We arrived later than this hour, the auto check-in system wasn't working and we waited one hour for a guard to come and open us. Plus all the telephones that we made to contact the people from the hotel. Horrible!

A very bad service.
We take train from Germany and arrive at the Hotel at 14:20.
We can not check in because there is no staff works for us.
It spent too much time waiting for their staff.
We do not have time to visit other places that afternoon.
It is a very bad experience in my trip.
